Health coaching is one-on-one coaching sessions via phone or video conferencing (or face to face if applicable) where we take your health, fitness, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals and work through them together to find your best self!
- Initial 60 minute session, followed with (2) 30 minute coaching sessions to complete 1 month of coaching
- Each session will be focused around YOUR goals - and how we get there
- This is for individuals focused on creating an overall healthy lifestyle, balance, and improving mental as well as physical health for the long term.
- Follow up emails detailed with ideas we generated, any recommendations or resources for you to explore, and anything else that will ensure you're on the way to reaching your goals - one step at a time!
